Gala apples have become the most grown and consumed apples across the USA. They are a descendent of Cox’s Orange Pippin, Kidd’s Orange Red and both Red and Golden Delicious which make them sweet and crunchy. Much like our Honeycrisp Apple Cider, we only use Gala apples in this varietal sweet cider to deliver that real Gala apple taste.
