The Cider Barn

Due to state regulations, we do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought onto our property other than the food and beverages produced by the food trucks we invite to the farm.

Also, due to state laws and regulations, pets are not allowed in the Cider Barn at Carlson Orchards or on the patio. Service dogs are allowed. Thank you, for your understanding and support.

A current ID must be presented by ALL guests for service of alcohol. No photo copies of IDs accepted.

Harvard Harvest

A seasonal hard cider that takes the sweet taste of apples and combines it with fall spice. We started this cider with the Oak Hill Blend and then added a spice mix of nutmeg, cinnamon, clove, ginger, and allspice. This tasty cider is like enjoying an apple pie in a can!

Lemonade Shandy

Crafted for long summer days, Lemonade Shandy blends our fresh gourmet lemonade with our carefully fermented hard cider. Tart, crisp, and endlessly refreshing.

Bare Hill Blush

PS 2 is a more refreshing style than last year’s PS 1, still made with Petite Sirah wine grapes. This very limited small batch cider is beautifully clear and light pink with a fruity aroma. Super tasty apple flavor balanced with tannin from the grapes makes this fruit hard cider very delicious!

Legacy

This cider is made from some rare American and European hard cider apple varieties planted by the Carlson brothers a few years ago. When they planted these apples they envisioned a heirloom hard cidr using these bittersweet and bittersharp apple varieties. This cider, their Legacy (literally) is rich and robust in both color and flavor.

Farm House 250

Crafted with intention and minimal intervention, Farm House 250 lets the character of the apple shine through just as cider makers did generations ago. Inspired by the farmhouse ciders of early America, this cider is dry, robust, and beautifully straightforward.
